Disclaimer

This notice covers the content published on lasirenavacations.com by La Sirena Vacations, a retail travel agency registered in the Comunitat Valenciana under number Nº CV-AVC002748-V, Camino Viejo de Lliria 99, 46015 Valencia, España.

Scope of This Notice

The pages on this site describe the kind of travel the agency arranges. Routes, day plans, distances, opening details and seasons are published for information. They are sample programmes rather than offers, and, except the Argentina departure, they carry no published price.

A booking rests on the written quote and the travel contract the agency issues for that group, not on this website. Where the website and a signed contract differ, the contract governs. Prices are quoted per group in writing.

Limits of Liability

The agency keeps this site accurate and updates it when the facts change. Details held by third parties move without notice: opening hours, ticket quotas, ferry timetables, road works and site closures among them. The agency accepts no liability for a decision taken on the basis of a page here rather than on a written quote or a confirmed booking.

Nothing on this page limits the agency's responsibilities as an organiser or retailer of package travel under Spanish and European law, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Links to Third Party Sites

Some pages link to sites the agency does not run, such as public bodies, museums and transport operators. The agency does not control those sites and does not answer for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. Read their own terms and privacy notices before you use them.
