Four facts carry a group from a first message to a written quote. Send them to info@lasirenavacations.com and we start work the same day.
- Travel dates, or the month and the number of nights.
- Number of travellers.
- Guiding language: English, Lithuanian or Spanish.
- Region: Spain, Argentina and Brazil, or the Baltic states.
Anything else helps but waits. Hotel standard, walking pace, dietary needs, a budget ceiling and a fixed arrival flight all shape the draft, and we ask for them once the four facts are in.
Step 1: Tell Us Group Size and Dates
Group size sets everything else. There is no minimum. The size decides the coach, the number of guides and which restaurants can seat you at one sitting. It also moves the price, because the coach and the guide cost the same whatever the head count, so a smaller group pays more per person. If the number is still moving, give us the range and the date you expect to fix it.
Dates matter as much. April to June and September to October suit Valencia and the Costa Blanca. October to April suits Argentina and Brazil. May to September suits the Baltic states. Fallas week runs 15 to 19 March and Valencia sells out for it, so we hold those rooms from the previous spring.
Step 2: We Draft the Route
We build the days around driving time and the opening hours of the sites, then check the shape against the group. Older groups get shorter walks and shorter transfers. A group with a fixed arrival flight gets a light first day. Some sites work to a daily quota, so the draft says which parts we book ahead and which stay flexible.

Step 3: You Get a Written Quote
The quote arrives in writing with the day-by-day programme and one final price for the group. It lists what the figure covers and what it leaves out, states the group size the figure assumes, and names the date we would cancel by if the group falls below it. Payment terms and the deposit sit in the contract, and we set them out before anyone pays.

What Changes the Price
We publish no trip prices. Everything gets quoted after the group is known, because the same week costs different money for different groups.
- Group size. The coach, the driver and the guide cost the same whatever the head count, so the figure per person falls as the group grows. The Albufera boat behaves the same way, because one boat seats up to 32.
- Guide hours. A day with three hours of guiding and a day with eight are different trips.
- Coach kilometres. Driving hours carry driver rest rules, and a long day may need a second driver.
- Hotel standard and season. March in Valencia and August on the coast price differently from October.
- Meals and tickets. Set menus with drinks, and sites that work to a daily quota, move with head count.
- Rooms. Prices assume two people share a twin. Single rooms carry a supplement.
A contract may reserve the right to revise the price for changes in fuel and other power costs, in taxes or fees charged by third parties, or in exchange rates, and it must pass equivalent reductions back to the traveller. Any increase reaches you at least 20 days before departure. An increase above 8 per cent of the total price lets the traveller end the contract without a penalty.
